CRM and integrations
Requests come from the site, from Telegram, from calls — and live in a notebook, a spreadsheet and three chats. We bring them into one system: every request becomes a client card, every booking has a time and a person responsible, and the team gets a reminder instead of a lost lead.
Price: Site or bot integration with your CRM from $300 · Telegram bot for client booking from $600 · Custom CRM from $3,000 · See pricing
When you need it
- Leads arrive in several places and some of them are never answered
- Bookings are kept in a spreadsheet or in someone's head
- Clients ask to book or reschedule in Telegram, and a person has to do it by hand
- A ready-made CRM does not fit your process, or you pay for features nobody uses
When it is not
If a ready-made CRM covers your process, take it — we will tell you so, and we can connect it to your site and Telegram instead of building a new one. A custom system makes sense when the process is specific: a clinic with a dental chart, a service with its own booking rules.
What is included
- Leads from the site form and from Telegram in one list, without duplicates
- Client cards with history: messages, bookings, notes
- Bookings and rescheduling, including by the client themselves in a Telegram bot
- Notifications to the team in Telegram: new lead, booking, change
- Roles and access: who sees what
- Integrations with the services you use, where they have an API
- Data in your own database, exported whenever you want
What you send us
- How a request goes today, from the first message to the visit or the sale
- Which tools you use now: spreadsheets, messengers, a CRM
- Who on the team works with clients and what they need to see

LUMEN Dental
A clinic site that explains implant treatment in 3D, and the CRM with Telegram booking that runs the clinic behind it.
LUMEN runs on a CRM we built for it: leads from the site, patients, appointments and Telegram conversations in one place. Patients book and reschedule in a Telegram bot, the team is notified, and the clinical side — the dental chart, treatment plans, visit notes and patient files — lives in the same system.
How it works
Four steps from the task to launch.
- 01
Task
You tell us what is not working or what has to exist: a site, a booking flow, a repeated job, a product idea.
- 02
Estimate
We look at what you have, propose the smallest solution that does the job and give a fixed estimate. If a ready-made tool is enough, we say so.
- 03
Build
We build and show progress as it goes: you see working pages and screens, not a report at the end.
- 04
Launch
We launch, check it on real devices and real requests, and hand over the code and access.
Questions
- Ready-made CRM or our own?
- Ready-made if it covers your process: it is cheaper and starts sooner. Your own when the process is specific or the ready ones force you to work around them. We will say which before you pay for anything.
- Can clients book in Telegram by themselves?
- Yes. That is what LUMEN's patients do: they choose a time in the bot, the booking appears in the CRM, the team is notified.
- Where is the data stored, and who owns it?
- In a database that belongs to you. You can export it, and you keep it if you stop working with us.
- Can you connect our site to the CRM we already have?
- If your CRM has an API, yes: requests from the site and from Telegram go straight into it.
