MVP development

An MVP is the smallest product that does the main job for real users. We help cut the idea down to that scenario, build it end to end — interface, server, database, notifications — and put it in front of the first clients, so the next decision is made on what they did, not on what everyone assumed.

When you need it

  • You have an idea and first clients to show it to, but no product yet
  • The process works by hand and it is time to turn it into software
  • A big development quote scares you, and you want to check the idea first
  • You need a working product for investors or partners, not a mock-up

When it is not

If the idea can be tested with a landing page, a form and a spreadsheet, start there — it is cheaper, and we will tell you so. An MVP is for when people must actually use the thing to tell you whether it works.

What is included

  • One main scenario, agreed before the build and kept narrow
  • Interface for the web and the phone, Ukrainian and English if needed
  • Server, database, sign-in and roles
  • Notifications by email and in Telegram
  • A site or a page that explains the product and collects the first users
  • The code is yours; the repository and hosting can be in your name from day one

What you send us

  • The problem the product solves and for whom
  • How people solve it today, without your product
  • What you want to learn from the first version

Example

LUMEN went from an empty repository to a product the clinic uses: a public site that brings patients, a CRM for the team and a Telegram bot for booking — then grew a clinical layer on top of the working core.

How it works

Four steps from the task to launch.

  1. 01

    Task

You tell us what is not working or what has to exist: a site, a booking flow, a repeated job, a product idea.

  2. 02

    Estimate

We look at what you have, propose the smallest solution that does the job and give a fixed estimate. If a ready-made tool is enough, we say so.

  3. 03

    Build

We build and show progress as it goes: you see working pages and screens, not a report at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch

We launch, check it on real devices and real requests, and hand over the code and access.

Questions

What makes an MVP different from a cheap version of the product?
Focus. It does one scenario well enough for real use, instead of doing everything badly. What is left out is decided on purpose.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository and the hosting can be set up in your name from the start, so nothing depends on us.
What happens after the MVP?
You look at how people used it and decide: grow it, change it or stop. If you grow it, we continue on the same code — nothing is thrown away.
Can you work from our designs or our existing code?
Yes, if they fit the scenario. We will look first and say what can be reused.

Discuss your task

Next step

Tell us about the task.

Describe what is not working or what you need — in a few sentences or with a link. You get an honest answer on whether we can help, and an estimate.
