Business automation with AI
Not «AI for everything», but one repeated task taken off your team: answering the same client questions at night, sorting incoming requests, drafting posts from your sources. The assistant works from your own materials, hands a conversation to a person when it should, and every action it takes is logged.
Price: AI assistant in Telegram on your knowledge base from $800 · See pricing
When you need it
- Clients ask the same questions every day, and answers wait until morning
- Requests need sorting before a person can work on them
- The team spends hours on content or documents that follow the same pattern
- You have a knowledge base, a price list or rules that a new employee learns for weeks
When it is not
AI should not take decisions that carry legal, medical or financial responsibility without a person, and it is not worth it where a simple form or a rule does the job. If that is your case, we will propose the form.
What is included
- An AI manager in Telegram that answers from your knowledge base, prices and rules
- Hand-off to a person: hot leads and difficult questions reach you at once
- Leads recorded in your CRM, one per client, without duplicates
- Content pipelines: sources → draft → checks → your approval → publication
- Limits and a log: what the AI may do, what it did, and protection against spam
What you send us
- The task you want to take off the team, described as it happens today
- Your materials: FAQ, prices, rules, examples of good answers
- What the AI must never do or promise
Running in the studio
Two systems we run for ourselves. The Telegram AI manager behind this site answers clients from the studio's knowledge base, keeps one lead per person and alerts the owner about hot leads. The content agent finds topics in sources, checks facts, builds a carousel and waits for approval before it publishes to Instagram and Telegram. These are the studio's own products, not client results.
How it works
Four steps from the task to launch.
- 01
Task
You tell us what is not working or what has to exist: a site, a booking flow, a repeated job, a product idea.
- 02
Estimate
We look at what you have, propose the smallest solution that does the job and give a fixed estimate. If a ready-made tool is enough, we say so.
- 03
Build
We build and show progress as it goes: you see working pages and screens, not a report at the end.
- 04
Launch
We launch, check it on real devices and real requests, and hand over the code and access.
Questions
- Will the AI make things up?
- It is limited to your materials and rules, and it hands the conversation to a person when it does not know. Every answer is logged, so you can see what it said.
- Which AI models do you use?
- Commercial models through their official API, chosen per task. Your data is not used to train them under the providers' API terms; we will show you the terms.
- Does it replace a manager?
- It takes the repeated part — night questions, first answers, sorting — so the manager works with clients who are ready to talk.
- How do we start?
- With one task. We describe it together, build the assistant on your materials, run it next to the team and widen it only when it works.
