What we collect
There is no account system on this website and no tracking of what you read. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or a direct channel.
The enquiry form
When you submit the project brief, your name, email address, the choices you made (what you want to show, the assets you have, what you need, a budget range), the link and note you typed, the language and page you wrote from, and the time are recorded as an enquiry in the studio's database, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend, a transactional email provider, from an address on our own domain. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can answer you. No phone number, company or IP address is collected. The provider keeps a delivery record (recipient, time, message id — never the message text) under its own terms.
What we do with what you send
If you contact us by the brief, email or Telegram, we keep your message and contact details only for as long as needed to answer you and to carry out any work that follows. We do not sell or share them.
Analytics
The site is built to measure how it is used — which projects and episodes are opened, whether a video is played, whether a contact channel is clicked — with Google Analytics 4. Analytics runs only when it has been enabled; at that point the site sets Google's analytics cookies. No name, email address or message text is ever sent to analytics.
Embedded video
Episodes are hosted on YouTube. The page shows our own cover image and loads YouTube's player only when you press play; from that moment YouTube's own privacy policy applies to what the player does.
Social channels
Links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Telegram lead to third-party platforms. What happens after you follow one is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not by this one.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Render, whose servers keep standard request logs — IP address, user agent — for operational and security purposes. Those logs are governed by Render's own policies.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to nikita.chypiatov@gmail.com and we will act on it.
