What we build

Services

CRM & digital products

Web applications with real state, real roles and the unglamorous screens that decide whether they get used.

The problem

A website produces enquiries, bookings and orders — and then they land in a chat, a spreadsheet and three people's memory. Off-the-shelf CRMs solve this for a sales team of fifty and bury a team of five in configuration. What a growing business needs is the handful of screens its own process actually uses, built so they are trusted.

What we do

We build the product around the process: what comes in, who handles it, what state it can be in, what has to happen next. Authentication, roles and permissions, a typed data model on PostgreSQL, and the plain screens — lists, details, forms, dashboards — that people open fifty times a day. The CRM behind Lumen Dental turns website bookings into a clinic's working queue; PlaybookOS, the studio's own product, takes a sales script from a document to a versioned, measured system.

Who it is for

  • Clinics and service businesses that take bookings
  • Sales teams that run on scripts and need to see what works
  • Founders replacing spreadsheets before they replace the team
  • Companies whose off-the-shelf CRM is used by nobody

What you get

  • A data model that matches the real process, with roles and permissions
  • The working screens: queues, records, forms, dashboards
  • Integrations with the site, Telegram and email where the work arrives
  • Backups, migrations and an environment the product can be handed over in
  • Analytics from day one, so decisions are made on what actually happened
  1. 01

Map the process as it is, not as the org chart says

  2. 02

Define the states and who may change them

  3. 03

Ship the smallest set of screens that runs a real day

  4. 04

Add integrations, then automation, once the data is trusted

  5. 05

Hand over with documentation and a path to grow
